Hi, I’m Caitlin LaRussa. I’m an occupational therapist, health educator, and public health practitioner. I’m passionate about helping families learn and grow together. With over ten years of experience in education, healthcare, and movement, I offer a unique approach to occupational therapy blending traditional therapeutic methods with yoga, movement, and improvisation. It is my passion to support clients in building confidence, curiosity, and engagement in meaningful activities in their lives.
My Story
Caitlin LaRussa, MS, OTR/L, MPH, is an occupational therapist who specializes in sensory processing and executive function. She is passionate about collaborative, individualized, client-centered care and draws on her diverse background to support clients in identifying adaptations and developing executive function skills to improve participation in daily activities.

Caitlin earned her Master's degrees in occupational therapy and public health from Columbia University's dual degree program, where she specialized in population and family health. She is now pursuing a doctorate in Health Education at Teacher’s College, Columbia University, studying the effect of the physical environment on connection, well-being, and participation.
Caitlin is also a certified yoga teacher with advanced training in yoga for children with special needs. She has experience in sensory gyms, home, school, and Telehealth settings. She lives in the Catskills region of New York and during her free time, enjoys hiking, cycling, cooking, skiing, and spending time with family and friends.
