Are you interested in treatment or evaluation of executive function skills or speech and language skills?  Please note that we are currently providing only virtual sessions, coaching, and consultations. If you feel that virtual support could work for you or your child, please tell us a little bit more on this form. You will be placed on our patient wait list based on the date your request is received. Our clinical intake coordinator will reach out to you within a few weeks of your submission to schedule an intake call. You will receive a confirmation that we have received your registration form once submitted.
