Service Description

Are you an educator, therapist, or specialist looking to deepen your ability to support executive function in students? Our one-on-one consultations are designed specifically for professionals like you—OTs, SLPs, classroom teachers, special educators, school psychologists, counselors, and others—who are already applying executive function strategies and want to elevate their practice. These sessions offer targeted, real-time support to help you: Get feedback on challenging student cases Refine your delivery of executive function strategies Strengthen your clinical reasoning and decision-making Troubleshoot barriers to implementation Gain confidence in applying strategies with nuance and consistency Whether you’re navigating complex learner profiles, integrating EF tools into therapy or instruction, or coaching teams on best practices, this consult is a space for personalized, expert-backed growth. We meet you where you are—with a collaborative approach focused on clarity, insight, and actionable tools to help you lead more effective interventions and drive better outcomes for the students you serve.


Cancellation Policy

Session Agreement and Permissions The session agreement, which includes the nature and scope of the consultation, will be provided upon scheduling and must be completed prior to your appointment. Important Limitations and Disclaimers This consultation is a standalone service. It does not guarantee therapy sessions with a clinician, does not provide diagnostic evaluations, and cannot be billed to insurance. The consultation is designed to provide general guidance and recommendations; it does not constitute ongoing treatment or enrollment in a program with a clinician on our team. Payment and Insurance All consultations are private pay. The consultation fee is due at the time of service. This service is not eligible for insurance reimbursement, and no diagnostic or treatment codes will be provided. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be billed in full. Communication and Follow-Up While brief follow-up questions may be answered by email, the consultation does not include ongoing access to the clinician. Any additional or future services must be scheduled separately and are not guaranteed. Limitations of Consultation This session does not establish a therapeutic relationship. It does not include assessment services and does not guarantee availability for future sessions. Telehealth Acknowledgment Consultations will be conducted via telehealth. By participating, you acknowledge the benefits and limitations of receiving services through video conferencing, including potential technical difficulties and limited access to nonverbal cues. Intake Form Requirement Clients are required to complete the intake form prior to the scheduled consultation. This allows the clinician to prepare effectively for the session. No Written Report or Recommendations No written report or formal written recommendations will be provided following the consultation. All guidance and feedback will be given verbally during the session.
