Privacy Policy for
360 Thinking Plan-Ahead Calendar Chrome Extension

Effective date:

This privacy policy explains what the 360 Thinking Plan-Ahead Calendar Chrome extension does with your information.

What we access

When you sign in, the extension asks for permission to access your Google Calendar. Specifically, the OAuth scopes used are:

• calendar.events — read, create, update, and delete calendar events
• calendar.readonly — list your calendars (so you can choose which one to plan on)

The extension uses these permissions only to create, modify, and read events that you explicitly add through the calendar interface (sticky notes and project deadlines).

What we do NOT do

• We do not store your calendar data on any server. Everything happens between your browser and Google's servers directly.

• We do not collect, transmit, or log your calendar contents to any third party.

• We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, analytics, or training AI models.

• We do not share your data with anyone.

• We do not see your calendar. The extension runs entirely in your browser; the publisher has no access to your account.

What is stored

The extension stores nothing locally other than the Google authentication token Chrome itself manages, which lets you stay signed in across browser sessions. No personal data, no calendar content, no usage tracking.

Your sticky notes and project deadlines are stored as ordinary events in your own Google Calendar. They appear and behave like any other calendar event — visible in Google Calendar on your phone, computer, anywhere.

How to revoke access

You can revoke this extension's access to your Google account at any time:

1. Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions
2. Find "360 Thinking Plan-Ahead Calendar"
3. Click Remove access

After revoking, you can also uninstall the extension from chrome://extensions. Your sticky notes and deadlines will remain in your Google Calendar as regular events, with their formatting preserved (color labels, descriptions, etc.).

Children

This extension is suitable for students under 18, but Google's terms require students under 13 to use a parent-managed Google account. The extension does not collect any personal information about minors beyond what Google already has under the parent's account.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll change the effective date at the top and post the updated version at the same URL. Material changes will be announced in the extension's Chrome Web Store description.
