Creating Independent Students
Help middle school students learn to plan assignments with confidence! Using the 360 Thinking® framework and the Get Ready–Do–Done model, this planning lesson guides learners to visualize what “done” looks like, work backward to identify the steps, estimate time, and gather needed materials. Students learn to break tasks into manageable parts, initiate assignments, and navigate them with greater independence.
