Professional Development Pricing, Logistics,
and Recording Permissions

Thank you for your inquiry! Cognitive Connections provides engaging, evidence-informed professional development that equips educators with practical, immediately applicable strategies to support executive functioning, language, and learning across classroom settings.

Presentation Formats & Fees

​

In-Person (Full Day)

​Standard all-inclusive fee: $7,000

Covers up to 6 consecutive hours of professional development, scheduled breaks, and travel expenses.  Additional days/evening/hours of lecture are billed at a rate of 900/hour.

​

For most locations, all travel is included. For higher-cost destinations, a modest additional travel fee may apply:

• Tier 1 – Regional Locations: Travel included

• Tier 2 – Major Metropolitan Areas: +$500

• Tier 3 – Premium / High-Cost Cities: +$1,000

Once your city and preferred date(s) are confirmed, we will provide a final quote.

 International Engagements

International professional development rates are based on the standard U.S. fee structure and quoted in USD. Final pricing will be provided once the location, dates, time zone considerations, and/or travel requirements are confirmed and may include international airfare, lodging, ground transportation, visas, and per diem as applicable.  All international fees are subject to currency exchange rates at the time of invoicing.

Virtual (Zoom) Presentations - Rate: $900 per hour

A one-hour minimum applies to all virtual bookings.

​

Common options include:

• 60-minute session: $900

• 90-minute session: $1,350

• 2-hour session: $1,800

• Half-Day (4 hours): $3,600

• Full-Day (up to 6 hours): $5,400

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations made fewer than 30 days prior to the scheduled date are subject to a 50% fee. Cancellations within 14 days are billed at the full rate. Rescheduling requests will be accommodated when possible.

Multi-Session Series (Virtual)

Schools may choose to schedule a series of shorter virtual sessions (e.g., 60–120 minutes) spread across the school year. This model supports sustained professional learning, implementation over time, and ongoing reflection.

Multi-session series are customized to align with school goals, staff needs, and funding requirements (including Title I). Planning and pricing are based on the standard hourly rate, and we are happy to collaborate on a scope and sequence that fits your calendar.

Recording Permissions (Virtual Sessions)
 

Virtual presentations may be recorded by Cognitive Connections for internal use by the hosting organization, group, or program (e.g., schools, parent groups, or professional communities) and shared with registered participants for a 30-day viewing window following the training. Access is provided via a secure viewing link; recordings may not be downloaded.

Cognitive Connections will host the Zoom session, provide the meeting link, and manage the recording of the presentation. 

​

Recordings may not be redistributed, edited, posted publicly, or used beyond the approved viewing window without prior written permission.

​

A recording access fee of $300 per additional 30-day period applies beyond the initial viewing window.
