about Billing and Insurance

Do you accept insurance?

We do not accept or bill health insurance companies for coaching and treatment services.  All services are private pay and payment is due the day of service.  We will provide you with a paid invoice with the relevant insurance codes.  You can submit paid invoices to your health insurance.  This does NOT guarantee reimbursement.  Reimbursement varies by agency and state, so patients who would like to receive reimbursement should verify individual policies prior to beginning therapy services. 

What is the cost for services?

Costs varies by clinician and the type of services being provided. Please complete a client services request form and we can discuss your situation, treatment plans and cost with you.

Can I use my flexible spending account?

If possible, we will always try to process through an FSA card, but you may need to submit a separate claim for FSA reimbursement.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit card, check and cash payments. For remote services, we only accept payment with a credit card on file.
